1. Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, a display name. We also collect usage data — such as API request counts and token consumption — to operate the service and enforce plan limits. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
2. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the AI Hub service
- To send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, payment receipts)
- To enforce usage limits and detect abuse
- To improve the service through aggregated, anonymised analytics
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@watfaq.tech. Aggregated usage logs may be retained for up to 12 months for billing and abuse-prevention purposes.
4. Third-party services
We use the following sub-processors:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting, edge network, and D1 database
Requests you make through the API are forwarded to the relevant AI provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Prompt and response content is not stored by AI Hub beyond what is necessary to complete the request.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights please contact us at support@watfaq.tech.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
